Tier 1: Essential Concierge

Personalized newborn care plan tailored to your family and lifestyle
Registry and product recommendations (what you truly need vs. what you don’t)
One virtual consultation with a newborn care expert
Written follow-up summary with clear next steps
7 days of postpartum support for questions, guidance, and reassurance
Tier 2: Premium Concierge
Designed for first-time parents or families who want hands-on preparation and added support.
Includes everything in the Essential Concierge, plus:
Trusted provider referrals (night nurse, doula, lactation, pediatrician)
Interview guidance and hiring support
Two virtual consultations
14 days of postpartum support
For local clients, this tier also includes:
Nursery organization and setup
Feeding station setup (bottles, pumps, storage)
Mommy-To-Be Class: an in-home newborn education session to prepare you for life with baby
Tier 3: White Glove Concierge
Our most comprehensive, high-touch service for parents who want everything handled.
Includes everything in the Premium Concierge, plus:
30 days of virtual postpartum support
